Delivery
At Bokitba, we carefully verify each ebook request to make sure you receive the correct title.
Delivery Timeline
– most ebooks are delivered within 24 hours of your request.
– if ebook is not instantly deliverable, you will receive the ebook by email as soon as possible.
Email Delivery
– after processing, your ebook will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase.
– please check your inbox and your spam/junk folder.
If you do not receive your ebook within 24 hours: email office@bokitba.com with your order information.
Any e-books for which offers were issued prior to subscription activation are excluded from the subscription package and are not eligible for delivery under the subscription.
Note 1: Our website is experiencing issues with the automatic delivery. If the delivery of an e-book you purchased is “instant”, and you didn’t receive your order within a few seconds – please send an email to office@bokitba.com with “URGENT” in the subject.
Note 2: If you receive ERROR 404 after clicking on a link provided in the purchase receipt – please send an email to office@bokitba.com with “URGENT” in the subject.
Refund
We will issue a refund only if your situation falls into one of these 3 cases (for non-subscribers):
– an e-book you downloaded is not the one you requested or not as advertised
– you receive an error when trying to open the purchased e-book
– in case of duplicated orders which are purchased accidentally (refund will be issued for one only)
We will issue a refund only if you (for subscribers):
– submit a refund request within 48 hours of subscribing
– have submitted zero requests for an e-book
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
